I Think I Can, I Think I Can ........

Hello everyone. I am back at it again, hopefully it will stick this time! I have signed up for yoga classes twice a week and will be doing cardio on my own the other days. I am involved in a fitness challenge at work and with a friend of mine so hopefully that will motivate me! Also going to Vegas in March so need to look hot!

Increase cardiovascular indurance.

Increase upper body strength.

My Program:
30 minutes of cardio 5 days per week

90 minutes of yoga/pilates 2 days per week

Try to stick to 2,000 calories or less per day.

I enjoy hiking, walking in the park, looking for hotsprings, fishing, floating the river, swimming, camping, and going out with my friends. Also enjoy Texas hold'em and occasionaly a game of pool.
