I am Karen 49 yrs old a wife of 24years, 2 children 2 college students . Im from a big Irish Catholic family Im the baby in the family there are 8 of us.Im a pre school teacher love my job its exhausting but I wouldn't trade it for anything. My main goal is to lose the weight and become the old sexy me! 35 more pounds to go..... hope I can achieve it? Time will tell.

My Program:
Give an overview of what you are doing to meet your goals. goals , drink more water! finding ways to workout at least 50 mins a day m-f & sat cardio sun rest day and t,th weight training and boxing , biking, plus lunges , push ups, sit ups healthly & small portiond I joined a walking/jogging club From the Couch to 5K" Im training for the race to run the 5K June 1s 1st GOAL : GET BIKINI READY! i would just like to feel the way I use too be able to walk on the beach wearing a bikini and know I look good ! free & carefree feeling...
Goal 1 : 20lbs buy sequined black dress Ive had my eye on.
GOAL 2 : 20lbsBikini and Re pierce my belly button
