I still think crossfit is awesome and if anyone could do it YOU COULD! Just be careful. I think what makes it scary is knowing its all about the pushing yourself, you know. I don't know if I could hang yet, haha. I envy the people that can. :)

On MyFItnessPal, I have my Goal set to 25/25/50 carb/protein/fat. I agree, I don't want to worry about going into ketosis and since I want to start distance running again, I don't want to be too low!
And I think you make a good point about the Atkins thing - that they assumed you were just eating junk fats the whole time. People like to bash Paleo as being the "meat" diet but I remind them that I eat plenty of veggies all day! It is all just misinformation! ~Ang 962 days ago
