My Journey
I am a 32 year old mother of three, Kane, 10, Noah, 6 and Aubrey, 20 months. I work from home as a scopist/proofreader and mother. I am a member of the fundraising committee for my son's school, Den Leader for the Tiger Cub Den, I volunteer for Domestic Violence Intervention Services by taking calls on their crisis line a few nights a month and I have a part time job in retail. I am also a wife to my husband most of the time.

I am a member of the fundraising committee for my son's school, Den Leader for the Tiger Cub Den, I volunteer for Domestic Violence Intervention Services by taking calls on their crisis line a few nights a month and I have a part time job in retail. I am also a wife to my husband most of the time.
In my dreams I am superwoman, supermom and super wife. I maintain all of these duties perfectly while also planning and executing perfectly proportioned health meals that are budget friendly as well. In reality I wonder if I will ever get to at least a quarter of where my dreams put me.

To lose this extra person that seems to have crept into my body when I wasn't looking while getting physically and mentally fit.

For the moment, tracking everything I eat and making sure to drink at least eight glasses of water a day.
