I saw your question in one of the groups about the Elliptical.

I just started on one for the first time yesterday and I can only do Level 1 for 2 minutes!!!!! Even though I've been walking every day for 6 months and I've been on some 3 mile hikes!!!!

It must use a totally different set of muscles thank walking or hiking because my legs CAN NOT go more than 2 minutes on that thing.

I'll keep doing it. I'm sure it will get better eventually. But wow!
