Welcome to Losing the Baby Weight...and More! Looking forward to getting to know you and getting skinny with you. Please stop by and post often so we know best how to support you in reaching your goals :)
Hi there! Thanks for the friend add. I saw you hit a plateau yesterday. When that happened to me (and it did many times) I just had to keep doing all the right things. Eventually it did come off again!
The main thing to remember is moderation. Our bodies need carbs for energy. That energy is not just refering to energy to get us through our day but also the energy our bodies need to function correctly. Are you using "my nutrition" here on Sparks to track that info? It is so easy to do it and well worth it too. Add whatever nutrients you want to watch. You can have Sparks generate your meals or enter your own. I eneter my own but I am sure there are sparkers out there that follow Sparks meal plan. What about workouts? Have you been working out? Have you changed it latly. I change mine periodically. Our bodies get smart and start "saving" for the amount of energy it will need for an upcoming workout. You have to keep it guessing!!! I know you will do great!!! PERSISTENCE WILL EVENTUALLY PAY OFF!!!
