2 Years 9 Months of Maintenance!

I have lost 110 pounds. I have completed two years and nine months of maintenance. Exercise, planning, and healthy eating have become a way of life for over three years. I can do this. I can keep this weight off!

It is time to say I am going to make it this time and keep up my health. I am not returning to sugar, emotional eating, and refined carbs. Bingeing is no longer part of my life.

Thank you for your comment on my blog. I may end up asking a nutritionist what I should do. I tried eating more of the veggies, such as spinach, broccoli, zucchini, and such but I can eat enough to get all the nutrients in me that I need. I just feel frustrated at times. But I will keep trying! Hope you have a great weekend! I probably won't be logging in until sometime tomorrow! emoticon

I can see from other members' comments that they feel the same way I do, but let me say it again--your comments on my blogs are so helpful! Of course, writing the blog itself really helps me understand my feelings and my problems, but then you always add to my understanding by making very insightful remarks about what I've said.
