ready for a healthy change

I am a very busy woman- mother of 3 and just recently bought a house & moved in with my boyfriend & his child- I work a fulltime job & a part time job & attend school at the U of M. I was raised in a family that everyone was obease with very unhealthy eating habbits. I am a very busy woman- mother of 3 and just recently bought a house & moved in with my boyfriend & his child- I work a fulltime job & a part time job & attend school at the U of M. I was raised in a family that everyone was obease with very unhealthy eating habbits. Though I also developed poor eating habbits, I never faced an issue with being over weight until after having babies. After my first pregnacy, I lost the weight right away with little effort but after my second baby, which just turned 5, I had a very hard time losing the extra 25 lbs gained. For the last 5 years, I wanted and tried on many different encounters to lose the weight but never followed through to see any results. Its easy to make excuses, especially when they are legitamate but I am in a place in my life right now where everything is going right and I am ready for the challenge to stay focused on my goal of being helathier and losing my long over due baby weight. With realistic baby steps & support from SP ofcoarse :)

My Goals:
Currently wear a size 14 & would love to get back down to a size 9!

Want to be able to plan ahead healthy meals, exercise, ect but when I cant or dont be able to make good descions on the whim without giving into temptation.

My Program:
Eating 3 healthy meals a day & 2 snacks- with a focus on protein & 64oz of daily water consumption,

Work out up to 5 days a week-
Mon- Rest
Tues- 30 mins walk
Wed- 30 mins walk with intervals of running
Thurs- 30 mins walk with intervals of running
Fri- Rest
Sat- 30 mins walk with intervals of running
Sun- 30 mins walk with intervals of running
