38 year old female. Overweight with diabetes and high blood pressure. Husband and I have made life change but relapsed after the birth of our son. It's hard because my body has changed so much....what worked in the past for me to lose weight, has changed. I have always counted carbs, but that alone is not working anymore. My Goals:
Most important goal is to feel better physically and menatally. Control my blood sugars, lower blood pressure and cholestrol levels naturally so that I can get off some of my meds. I want to feel better about myself and lose weight. I don't want my ultimate goal to be to lose weight, but with all of this, it should come off! (crossing fingers) Portion control is going to be the key. I HATE to exercise but running around toddler should help. This is still a HUGE challenge for me!

My Program:
Carb, but mostly calorie counting. Trying to stay within 1,200 to 1,400/day.

Personal Information:
Working Mom; Female; Ravenna, Ohio.

Other Information:
Being a working mom is VERY hard. Time is of the essence!

Hi, I just saw your post from january in the spark cafe about Jorge cruises The Belly Fat Cure...I have been doing the diet now for 3 months and have lost almost 40 lbs...and have lost 8 inches...I absolutely love this diet and have had the most energy then any other diet I have ever tried...I would totally recommend this to anyone, especially those that are having a hard time losing...I lose approx. 4 lbs a week and the first 2 weeks i lost 12 lbs. Another great thing is that you are not buying other food like on nutrasystem...you just by normal food from the store...you have to pay very good attention to your carb and sugar intake...

My husband has been doing this diet also and has lost almost 40 lbs in 2 1/2 months...
