Getting there...one day at a time

Hi, I'm Traci.

I started with SparkPeople what feels like a million years ago, abandoned it, and now I'm back.

Thanks to a few lifelong (but not terminal) illnesses I have, I have A LOT of trouble losing weight, but I'm not going to let that stop me!

I finish up a round of treatment for one of them in November and I'd like to be lighter by then, because I know it helps.

My Goals:
I'd like to get down to a healthy 145 and learn how to eat healthier.

My Program:
I'm not following any specific program - it's kind of a modified Weight Watchers combined with tracking my calories and exercise here.

Personal Information:
I've been married for four years and I'm hoping that my changes will inspire my husband to do the same.

Other Information:
I enjoy reading, knitting, and hanging out with friends in my spare time. I'm also a livejournal addict and I'm online a lot of the time.
