Hello, I am a 35 year old wife and mother who is committed to putting myself on this list this year. I have made excuse after excuse in the past as to why I fell off the wagon...so this time, I am not riding in the wagon, i am walking on the path (hard to fall off the path). I am committed to taking this journey one step at a time even if my path becomes rocky or filled with obstacles.

Eat "Whole Foods" whenever possible

Limit eating out to 1 meal per week for the next month.

My Program:
I am focusing on eliminating processed foods and refined sugars. I am also trying to limit when we turn to eating out as a solution, escpecially during the week.
