Hey there! This site is new to me but I am sure I will have fun navigating through! Right now I am giving up the plethora of websites that have to deal with weight etc...I think getting to know this site is what I need to do for now. I HOPE this time all this is FINALLY going to STICK! And BOY do I NEED IT TO! I am at my all time high as far as weight gain. Hey there! This site is new to me but I am sure I will have fun navigating through! Right now I am giving up the plethora of websites that have to deal with weight etc...I think getting to know this site is what I need to do for now. I HOPE this time all this is FINALLY going to STICK! And BOY do I NEED IT TO! I am at my all time high as far as weight gain. It seemed like after I had my kids, I put myself last, my health was really bad for 2 years I was diagnosed with a lung disease. I have since overcame this but now I am deeply concerned about my health. I used to be very athletic and it's my hope that with ALOT of hard work I can be that girl and even BETTER someday VERY soon!
I honest and truly just want to be healthy and active and be able to play a little harder. Being fat is really pretty dern BORING!
I am here to check out this resource and gleen from some tips and encouraging stories etc...If you wanna say HI just HOLLA!!!

I see you haven’t written a blog yet? Blogging is a great way to get your feelings down on paper. Others like to read them and offer insight along the way. ? It can be fun and makes you more accountable. At least it does me. I just posted over 300 blogs last year. Only missed a few days. It can be funny, tell us about your day, good or bad, about how your food choices went, what you did for exercise, stuff like that. Does not have to be weight related all the time. Just things you are thinking about, questions you might have.

Give it a try, you just might enjoy it. Look forward to seeing one from you.
