Don't stop tracking your food because you are having a bad day or just not doing well. Keeping track of what you eat is one of the MOST important ways to jumpstart your new healthy lifestyle. It can open your eyes to how you are eating make yourself want to change them. Even if you eat a high or a low amount of calories, track it! Youre just starting so dont give up yet :)
