I've always been active and athletic, but I've always been an over-eater. No matter how active I am, I just don't lose the weight unless I'm eating properly. Since I love food, I have a hard time with the proper eating part of healthy weight loss. I also get extremely bored very quickly, so I always need something to help keep my interest and motivation up. I have a 2 year old, and after only losing a portion of the excess weight (plus the 15 "love pounds" I gained after meeting my husband) ...

I also get extremely bored very quickly, so I always need something to help keep my interest and motivation up. I have a 2 year old, and after only losing a portion of the excess weight (plus the 15 "love pounds" I gained after meeting my husband) I realized I have to stop wishing the weight away, and start putting in the effort. I can do this, and so can you!

My Goals:
7 pounds to pre-baby weight; 22 pounds to pre-husband weight; 33 pounds to final goal weight.

My Program:
I am enrolled in a boot-camp, which takes place 3 times a week. I also LOVE yoga and try to do a fit yoga routine at least once a week. I also have one "easy" day where I walk at least 3 miles.

As for food, I am committed to staying within the 1200-1500 calorie a day recommendations. I try to eat as much fruits and vegetables as possible, but I am also trying to listen to my hunger cues and control my eating instead of it controlling me.

Welcome! If you need a shoulder, a friend or a virtual coffee at some point, drop by and say hello! I've just celebrated my SP nine month anniversary and am amazed at the absolutely incredible amount of support I've received. This is a fabulous site and you will be astounded at what you get out of it if you give it your all.

To celebrate your arrival at SP in this Summer season, I would like to wish you a everlasting renewal of energy and passion, for this is a time to celebrate the great potential you possess. May the sun shine upon you and fire up your heart to reach all of your goals and find joy in yourself and the world around you. Whatever battles you are fighting, whatever stresses may come your way, may you find energy, confidence, vitality and strength. This is the time to shine bright and show the world how beautiful you are. Embrace the summer-lit brilliance of each day and you will create a new life where all your wildest dreams come true. ~ Michelle
