I have a few pounds to lose, and a lot of fitness to gain; along with that - Health! Mentally, emotionally, spiritually, socially, and Physically. After trying SP a little more than a year ago, I am back, and trying it AGAIN! I just purchased a used Weider 5000 Total Gym, without a guide, so any help is welcomed. I'm a little shy until I feel comfortable, so this is it for now :)
