160lbs - new pair of boots and flats 150lbs - 3 nail polishes 140lbs - mani/pedi 130lbs - get hair done 120lbs - Trip to Calistoga 115lbs - Victoria Secret Bathing Suit
My Program:
Mostly, I'm changing my lifestyle. I don't want to eat foods that are bad for me anymore. I eat 5 times a day, and around 1500 calories a day. I drink atleast 8 glasses of water a day. I eat a lot of home cooked meals, because cooking is a passion of mine and I like to twist recipes to make them flavorful and healthy. For Cardio, I plan to step it up every week/month. I've set monthly weight and fitness goals for myself that I know I can achieve, and extreme fitness goals I plan on completing. I also journal to keep from losing motivation, and leave inspiring notes for myself to read later.
Personal Information:
I'm from california, and I'm 23, I hope to reach my goal weight before I turn 24.
Other Information:
Motivation: -A one hour workout is just 4% of you day. -You’ve got what it takes but it’ll take everything you’ve got. -Rule your appetite or it will rule you. -If you can imagine it, you can achieve it. If you dream it, you can become it. -Discipline is the bridge between goals and accomplishments. -No matter how slow you go, you are still lapping everyone on the couch. -Because the next 6 months will go by whether you workout or not. -Fat lasts longer than flavor. -You will regret that cookie but you will not regret running that mile! -The secret of success is the consistency to pursue. -You aren't defeated when you lose, you're only defeated when you quit! -Success is not a place that we aspire to, it is a process in which we live by. Often the only ingredient being the ability to not quit. -Remeasure, reweigh, try harder. -Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going.
