I'm a 26 year old mama and wife. I'm married for going on 8 years and have 2 small children, ages 4 and 1.5. I have been the "larger" one for as long as I can remember. I was always taller and bigger than all my friends, and never felt like I really fit in. I've always been self consious of my weight, and have never truley felt good about myself. I have a very low self esteem, and I need and want to change that. My husband is serving a year tour in Greenland right now, and the kids and I cannot go. I want to take this time to focus on myself and get myself healthy and where I want to be physically, emotionally and mentally. I want to be that hot wife, that hot mom, and feel confident when I go places with friends- confident that I too look as good as they do. I want to be able to shop for clothing without being embarrassed and hiding the size tag as I walk around. I want to be able to put jeans on and have them fit. My first goal is to lose 24 pounds by the time I visit my husband in April of this year! I CAN DO THIS!

My hubby is in the Air Force and after his tour that ends in December, we are on our way to Germany for 3 years. I want to feel confident to get out and do things, make friends, and not be held back by weight!!!!

Lose 23 pounds by April! If I don't, I'm not going to beat myself up- but I want to feel and look good to see my hubby!

Start a good gym routine!

Lose my double chin!

Gain a life!

So far my program only consists of healthy eating. I have not started my gym routine...yet.... that's to come this week! =)
