On my way to a slimmer,healthier me...
I have been a yo-yo dieter for many years having tried everything from Atkins to the Lemonade diet. I'm here to commit to making a lifestyle change so I can keep the weight off permenantly. No more fad diets for me.. Goal 1 - 161lbs - Mani/Pedi (Accomplished!) Goal 2 - 151lbs - New Clothes (Accomplished!) Goal 3 - 140lbs - Trip to Jamaica! So thanks to SP I've lost 20 lbs!!!! I'm so excited My original goal was to only lose 20 when I started SP back in January, but now I feel like I still have another 11 lbs to lose to fit comfortably in a size 7. After this I'll focus on toning up... My starting weight was 173.5 with my BMI at 30. Now I'm weighing in at 151.5 with my BMI at 25... ---------------------------------------- ------------------- UPDATE 10/25/09 Unfortunately I gained back 14 lbs over the summer. I couldn't exersise due to a medical issue and my eating was out of control :-( I'm now re-dedicating myself to getting to my goal weight of 140. I have more pounds to lose now b/c of the weight gain but that's okay b/c I'll lose it! I'm sticking with what works for me, a caloric range of 1200-1500, exercise 4-5 days out the week and drinking tons of water...

My Goals:
2009 goals: ~ Eat 5-6 servings of fruits and veggies a day ~Drink 80 oz of water daily ~Exercise at least 4-5 days a week ~Limit small cheats to 1 day a week ~Lose 20-25lbs!
My Program:
8 weeks of Turbo Jam rotation 4-5 times a week to kick start weight loss and weight training 3x a week. After 8 weeks I want to incorporate more strength training using either Chalene Extreme, P90X or bodybuilding.com
