Rising from the ashes...

I'm working on finding healthier ways to deal with my emotions/stresses that don't include binging on sugar & gluten... I want to feel good about how I'm treating my body & I want to feel good IN my body. I get lots of aches in my joints, headaches, mood swings, etc that I think could be reduced if I could balance out what I eat. So that's what I'm here to do.

I'm taking part in the 4-week Tame Your Sweet Tooth Challenge. I'm also starting a brisk walking program after getting over a knee injury (30 mins, 4x/wk).
