My Goals:
To lose weight so that I can be more active and give my varicose vein ridden legs a respite from having to carry all that weight. Also having a baby is in the pipeline so would really like to be in shape for that so that my legs dont ahve to bear additional weight!

My Program:
Currently doing hHCG and have been losing weight successfully..the challenge is to keep it up!

Personal Information:
Basically from India, but living in New York from past 5 years or so. Working in a cancer hospital in the research department managing a biomarker discovery laboratory.

no, I eat raw cucumbers for lunch and raw spinach for dinner, I have been microwaving my chicken and hamburger patties. Last night was the first night that I could actually stick my hamburger patty in the oven and this morning I started to lose again....must be something to it. however, all last week all of my lunches and dinners were grilled chicken and broiled shrimp, so maybe its not the microwave afterall.

whatever it was, I am losing again as of today, so maybe I will just stay on it a bit longer than I had planned.

Well, today, I actually started to lose again, so I'm gong to hold off on trying anything. But thanks!

If you feel that it's good, then it is!! I really wanted to get that last 30 off last time I lost 37 total, this time, not so good. If I do this again, it won't be until the new year.

You know, come to think of it, it might be because I have had to microwave most of my food. Do you think that had anything to do with it? last time I had time to prepare ahead of time, this time, not so much and have had to grab and run and then microwave my food at work.......hmmmm.

That's wonderful!!! Congrats!!!

I am on my second round, this time, I haven't lost as much and have had to do two apple days because of stall, and after second apple day, I was still stalled.

I am due to stop HCG on Sun. 7/4 but I haven' lost all that I have wanted, I might just go ahead and stay on it. I have only lost an additional 11 pounds so far. Last time at this point, I was down 20 something pounds....I might just stay on it past my 23rd day because today I actually started losing again.

I am also hungry all the time, I haven't cheated but I can't stop thinking of food. I think it has something to do with the fact that I spent one of my load days traveling and attending a memorial, so I didn't get to eat like I wanted to, most of the day I was snacking on nuts but couldn't actually eat until much later in the day, so I only really had one load day. If I can just lose 18 more pounds I will be happy but I don't think that is going to happen by Sunday.
