Hi, I just finished Grad school and managed to put about 15 pounds on over the course of a very stressful final year.

2 years ago, I lost about 10 pounds using Sparkpeople. Now I'm back to get myself back into shape. Hopefully, I can keep up the lifestyle now that I won't be at school 24/7.

Hi -- Just wanted to say thanks for replying to my post about calroies in'out on a daily/weekly basis. I am so glad to have learned the term "calorie cycling". I already do interval training and now I'm intrigued about being more intentional with calorie cycling. I see the link on your page to a CC team. I'll have to check it out and learn more. Thanks for the info!
