My goals are constantly changing, but right now they are...
1) Get back to a healthy weight (I am 5'4 and usually weigh around 105-110 but with school, stress, and and newly living on my own, I've gotten down to an unhealthy 85 lbs).
2) Maintain a 4.0 GPA (gotta get into pharmacy school!)
3) Learn to cook!!!
4) Get a body like Brigitte or Marilyn :)
SparkPeople's calorie guidelines aren't exactly set up for weight gain, so right now my plan is to try to eat above the recommended calories it has set to maintain my weight.
This is a problem for me; I don't eat a lot of calorie-dense foods (lots of fruits/veggies, deli meats, etc).
Right now, I'm restricting all cardio exercise (except my daily walks to class). I do allow myself yoga and strength training a few times a week.
I'm currently in my third year as an undergrad. I've decided to pursue pharmacy as my career of choice, so working towards getting into pharmacy school takes up most of my time.
I'm always up for a good (& cheap-- I'm on a college budget!) recipe suggestion :)

hey girl hope your doing good!! we need to catch up! Hope you had a fantastic July 4th! it rained here and get this...Norfolk, VA went on with their fire works display during the lightining storm. This shows that this is OFFICIALLY the state of idiots. You should have seen the weather guy on tv..he was hot about the fact they did that and did everything but cuss them out. ha ! n e way just made a good recipe that I thought turned out well.
