DONE WAITING!

For 10 years, 10 YEARS!!!, I have been working on, hoping to, planning to lose my last 10 (sometimes 15) lbs. What a huge waste of time! The closest I have gotten to my goal was just before my wedding and it was completely stress induced. I am 30 years old and not getting any younger. I'm done waiting for the body I have always dreamed of having for myself. I know what to do to get myself there and now, it is time for me to act once and for all!!

Thank you so much! I am a die hard with the slow cooker. It is the easiest way for me to do anything healthy. I actually made chili today and will have a yummy, healthy and filling lunch all week. Cooking for one is tough, but I don't want to fall back on the old standby of frozen meals (which have way to much salt) or take out (which is expensive). Keep up your hard work and your goals will be met and exceeded - if that is what you want!

You're too right! That is way too much of a coincidence! Where are you studying to be a dietitian? Are you doing undergrad work or an internship? I just finished by undergrad and am working for a year before hopefully going on to a dietetic internship next year!
