A Long Long Way To Go

My Goals:
I want to actually stick to a plan for once instead of dying out after a couple of weeks.

My Program:
.... I have no idea about a program, but I'm going to drink more water, eat less junk, play DDR more (I lose hours and pounds to that game..)

Personal Information:
I live at home helping out my parents with housework and helping my mother take care of Cancer Patient Dad.

Other Information:
I'm susceptible to feelings of failure; I'm overly self-critical.

I hate what I look like, and want to be that beautiful 18-year-old that I was once. I hope 30 isn't too late to get back there.

I totally agree with you about the Dance Dance Revolution.....I just bought it earlier this week for the Nintendo Wii and it is such a great workout. I like the fact that it shows how many calories I burn while I work up a good sweat and have fun. What game system do you play yours on?

hi... you just keep moving on and getting on a step at a time and soon it will all add up to a mile. it sure can (and will) get tricky but as long as you know what you want long term and break it down in small attainable goals it will get easier ( i know, i know easier said than done (*.*) hehehe) but let's just keep on as everyday's a new day. emoticon
