    I saw your note about the calorie differential is 500 what we should be shooting for?? does that vary by what your weight is??? I m not seeing results for the tra cking and exercise I've been doing so I'm looking to figure out just where I should be!

    I totally agree with you about the Dance Dance Revolution.....I just bought it earlier this week for the Nintendo Wii and it is such a great workout. I like the fact that it shows how many calories I burn while I work up a good sweat and have fun. What game system do you play yours on?

    hi... you just keep moving on and getting on a step at a time and soon it will all add up to a mile. it sure can (and will) get tricky but as long as you know what you want long term and break it down in small attainable goals it will get easier ( i know, i know easier said than done (*.*) hehehe) but let's just keep on as everyday's a new day. emoticon
