I have had Turbo Jam for about 5 years and STILL love doing the workouts. I typically get bored and move on, but I love Turbo Jam. Its cardio kickboxing with strength training. You can mix your workouts to do what you want and have time to do. And, you burn a LOT of calories doing it. When I keep up with the workouts I see results quickly and I feel AWESOME!! 1915 days ago
I just started Week 4 and yah know what? I ACTUALLY see a difference! I was just speaking to my Beachbody coach about how I did not believe that someone could see results in 30 days, cuz it's a lot to make the tush rise esp if you have a lot to deal with. And as soon as I was talking to her sure enough 2 days after that I noticed a "lift" in my bum bum.
Of course if you have more to lose then u will see more. Or if you have more weight to lose, but I dont so it will take me more than 30 days to get where I want to be. ( As told by my coach). And I believe that. So I will be extending this program for another 30 days. But what I am going to do is post pics after I finish this week in my blog and let you all be the judge. Plus so I can see if there IS a difference from my before pics.
Still working on my eating per se as I am dealing with hormonal surges that is making me crave sugar and salt and sugar is my arche enemy!!! It is a lot of reason for me not getting really buff like I want. So look out for my 30 day pics in my blog. Oh! And wait till you get to Week 4 and Day 1 is doing 3 workouts ...I burned 1244 cals today doing them!!!!! I am glad that is the ONLY you do that this week!!!
