My Goals:
My goal is to drop half my weight by adopting a healthier lifestyle and learning about nutrition and fitness in order to reach and maintain permanent results. Other than that just zorbing, zip lining, water rafting, mountain hiking, and perhaps a cruise.. oh wait, sorry. Thought this was my Dear Santa list ..

My Program:
Good old fashioned healthy diet and exercise. I'm doing lots of self prescribed homework to learn anything and everything I can about health and fitness.

January 2010-Pay attention to what I eat and make efforts to make better choices. I am getting to know my habits and learning which ones to improve upon. I go to the gym 3x a week for about 20-30 minutes of cardio and 20-30 minutes of weight training.

Other Information:
Laughter is the sensation of feeling good all over...

I was going (fully planned to) call you today, HOWEVER... if you read my todays blog you know WHY that didnt happen - I was soooo NOT in a good mood, still pissy! haha... I'm just sleepy, no one wants to talk to me when Im pissy haha, i dont even want to be around myself, but alas, I have to be.
Anyway...
I notice your lack of SP friends here, you need to add some people that inspire you... I love me some spark-inspiration.
