My weight goal is to be between 120-125lbs and I would like to see my body fat % between 22-24%. I would like to make exercise a regular part of my life and make fitness a long term lifestyle for myself. Subsequently, I would like increased energy and stamina.
I will be starting the Insanity Program for fitness and will be watching my food intake using SparkPeople. I am also participating in a Biggest Loser contest at work with colleagues. I plan on joining a community group on SparkPeople as well. I could use all the support and accountability I can get!
I am 31 and a new mother to an energetic 13mo. old beautiful baby boy! I work as a SPED preschool teacher.
