Okay so I'm going to try this again. I pretty much did not come back here after my first post...last year. My goals haven't changed, but they are even more important because I'm getting married on June 4, 2011 and I want to look healthy and fit on my wedding day. Right now when I see pictures of myself in my wedding dress that we took at the store, I'm super embarrassed of how scrawny I look. I want to build muscle and start jogging regularly, jogging helps me deal with stress, so I definitely want to do that more. I'd also like to counter the energy-draining desk job that I work at all day with some fitness at night so I have a better balance. So here's to opening my own pickle jars and giving a big 'HIII-YAAH!!' to feeling like a wimp.

My Goals:
* stick to a routine, which means concentrating on what I want to feel like in 6 months *tone my arms, butt and thighs. Sitting on a computer all day and couch all night is just not healthy. *not let my anxiety get the better of me and push my body through its fears.
My Program:
basically just picked a bunch of exersizes from the list and we'll see how it goes.
