Time to look like I FEEL!

Hi there :) California girl, home base in Benicia, a little water town in Northern CA. I'm a Mom to one college student, one free spirit, 2 parrots, 2 big lug nut dogs, wife to a loving tolerant man, sailor, writer and volunteer . I am happiest when all my satellites are at the home docking station, when I have a house of of friends with good food and wine, or when the lines of a sailboat are in my hand and I'm sailing Carquinez Strait/San Francisco Bay. I am working to develop patience as I move along this Spark path, and it’s a daily struggle. I want to see immediate progress and become impatient when it doesn’t happen. The following quote serves to remind me that each day is a special and unique gift that we should treasure for what it brings to us. We need to spend more time finding the happy moments in our daily lives and celebrate them as we work toward our goals. Right now, I'm celebrating today’s accomplishments - 20 minutes on the treadmill, 20 minutes walking outside, working with a 20 minute seated yoga DVD, and 20 minutes of strength exercises, and staying within my calorie range - after days of no activity and endless eating!
What "happy moments" will you celebrate today?
