SOOOOO DONE!!!!

Hello there everyone!! I am a married 32 yr old mother of 3 (ages 6, 3 1/2, and 1) who works full time. I've been overweight most of my life but now that I'm not as active as I was when I was in high school and since having 3 children, I've found that weight so much harder to come off as it used to. I saw some other pages with the break down of weight lost by week along with incentives for each milestone, which seems like a good way to keep motivated. So although I'm a couple weeks behind, here's mine: Start: 196 12/11/08 190.2 12/18/08 192 (TOM) 12/25/08 We'll wait till next week :) 01/01/09 191.5...not bad considering all the holidays! 01/08/09 190 01/15/09 190...better than gaining 01/22/09 too sick to even bother weighing in 01/29/09 190...again 02/05/09 Skipped weigh in 02/12/09 TOM 02/19/09 Scared to get on the scale 02/26/09 192...yuck! Time to get back on track! 03/05/09 192 03/12/09 191 03/19/09 TOM 03/26/09 Out of town, no scale 04/02/09 193 04/09/09 192 04/16/09 TOM 04/23/09 192 04/30/09 194...not good! Goals: Goal Weight = 150 5 lbs = Manicure (with daughter) DONE 10 lbs = Pedometer 15 lbs = Pedicure 10%, 19.6 lbs = 176.4 25 lbs = Massage 30 lbs = New running shoes 35 lbs = New jeans ***02/11/09 Update*** I'm DONE having my butt and thighs taking an extra hop after me when running...I'm DONE having my pants leave an indent in my waist when I take them off...I'm DONE having to hold my breath when bending over to tie my shoes...I'm DONE being obese on the BMI charts...I'm DONE getting winded running up and down stairs...I'm DONE wearing black all the time because it's "flattering for my size"...I'm DONE going shopping and coming home with nothing because nothing fit...I'm DONE wearing clothing in sizes that don't really fit...I'm DONE feeling self-conscious when walking into a room and feeling like everyone is looking at me, or worse yet, talking about me...I'm DONE being fat!!! I'm ready to lose weight...I'm ready to feel great...I'm ready look great...I'm ready to get rid of all the excuses that have kept me where I'm at...I'm ready to be comfortable in my clothes...I'm ready to be more active...I'm ready to really start living!!! Who's with me??? 04/08/09 Update: I just started week one of the C25K running program. I'm going to run a 5k in August so let's hope this helps! 04/13/09: Started Week 2 of C25K...so far so good 04/27/09: Started Week 3 of C25K...Wow! this was quite a bit more difficult than the last 2 weeks!!

My Goals:
New Years Resolution time..... I will lose all the weight (50 lbs or more) at be at or below 150 lbs before the end of 2009. I will not let my husband talk me into late night snacking. I will exercise at least 5 days a week. I will drastically cut back on fast food!!! I can do it...I can do it......
My Program:
I'm tracking every bite that I put in my mouth and making more of an effort to work out at least 3-4 times a week.
