Hi. You left a couple of questions on my spark page and I'm not sure if I can answer there, so I have come to you.

I got off the diabetes meds and then went to paleo to make sure I didn't go back on the meds. I was mostly interested in the low carb.

To date, I have lost 38 lbs in the last 6.5 months.

Thanks for your comment on my sparkpage. I only have a spreadsheet because it's easier for me to see what I need to do and report on right in front of me. If you're like that too, then I would do one. It's not really necessary.
