    Thank you so much for visiting my Spark page! I am so glad I could motivate you! I read your comment at the top of your Spark page! I know where you are coming from. Been there done that. I started doing yoga in March and absolutely love it. I started with twice a week at my gym. About a month ago I started doing a practice at home in addition to the gym. I do it everyday, at least once, if possible twice. Love Rodney Yee, got the dvd's from Giam. You might want to give it a shot. There are some beginner one's that virtually anyone can do. The AM, PM yoga is very nice! Keep on tryin' you can do it!
