I am trying to lose the (overly large, sigh) amount of "baby weight" I gained when pregnant with Addison, our 23 month old daughter. After I year, I guess it has become "my weight!" While slower than I would like, I have been making good progress, and am really proud of eating smaller, healthier portions and exercising nearly every day.

Update: I reached my first goal which was to lose the 50 pounds of "baby weight" and my second goal which was to lose the 16 pounds of "marriage weight" and my new goal is to lose 10 more pounds which will put me in the "normal" BMI range

My Goals:
My first goal is to get down to the weight that I was when I got pregnant in May of 2007.

That was still too high, and so my secondary goal is to get down to the weight that I was when I got married in September of 2006 (16 more pounds).

My Program:
I am using the Nutrition Tracker daily, and keeping my calories a little below my BMR which seems to work best for me for weight loss.

I am also using the Fitness tracker and meeting my goal of working out, on average, 60 minutes, 6 times per week.

Drinking 8 glasses of water a day is easy!
