2013 A New Year
I am planning to continue my journey. When I started with SP in June 2012 my goal was to lose 50 pounds. As of 12/30/12 I have lost 36 pounds. I need to get back on track with my program and try to reach my goal. I want to be able to move more freely and to feel healthier.

My Goals:
~Lose 50 lbs. ~Go off blood pressure and cholesterol medicine in 2013. ~Participate in monthly challenges.
My Program:
~Log everything in the nutrition tracker. ~Plan my meals ahead of time every day. ~Be active for 15-30 minutes every day. ~Read success stories and blogs for inspiration.
Personal Information:
I am 56 years old, divorced and have one 22 year old son. I work as a clerical assistant in patient financial services for a local hospital. I like to read books by Nora Roberts and Janet Evanovich.
