No excuses, no doubts.. Strong mind/ Strong Heart

I am beyond happy to say that I have gone into the New Year with a new title, "Mommy". And it feels great. But I know I will be faced with challenges along the way. I am learning about time management all over again. AND I CAN DO IT. Caring for my baby, I also, have to care for myself. SOOOOOOOO

I will do whats best for me at all times. I will push a side the negative comments, and when I am faced with them. Make sure I address how I truly feel. (no, backing down). I also promise to share my journey with others. And most importantly, I promise, to reach as high as I can within everything that I do.

jog- 3-4 miles 2x a week
elliptical/bike- 40 mins (on off days)
Kickboxing- 3 x a week
-
ST- 1 hour 3x a week
(full body)

-whey protein shakes
-frruits/veggies =5-6 servings a day
- stay within calorie range
