I've been an entrepreneur for 6 years, running my own business with my husband and setting my own hours. I'm use to doing things "my way". Unfortunately, that meant eating when I remembered...or eating whatever I wanted. That lead to almost 200 pounds on my 5'5" frame. But instead of concentrating on what I 'can't' or 'won't' have, look at what I DO have: - I can eat anything I want and not feel guilty about it. Since I don't WANT the fast food or sugar anymore, I don't miss them at all. I even had a Cadbury Creme Egg and enjoyed every chocolatey bite! - I'm in better shape at 34 than ever before in my life. - I wrote a book on the specifics of how I lost 80 pounds at www.WhatifYouWereThin.com to show anyone how to lose weight for good (stop gaining and losing the same 20 pounds) and the tools to keep it off while lowering your grocery bill at the same time. - I wear a size 4. I no longer shop in Lane Bryant and never will again. - I jump with my kids on the trampoline and never once worry about falling through it. - I go to bed every night with the satisfaction that I've done all I could that day to take care of myself (you can't take care of others if you don't take care of you first!) Bottom line, I enjoy the hell out of life and feel like I'm truly living for the first time.

Mon-Wed-Fri: Gym time! Cardio and strength training! Tues-Thurs: Hiking in these beautiful TN mountains!
