Neva - I'm already taking a probiotic (along with about 10 other supplements) 'perscribed' for my condition(s). I've noticed a difference when I eat yogurt regularly, but not sure about this pill.

I think my dietitian was hoping that meds/supplements would make my stomach respond better to fat/protein, but that hasn't happened, so I'm off low caarb till they figure it out.

Hello Kaiyalee. Welcome to "Living with Candida." I am Neva The leader here. I understand how you feel. I am totally bored with it myself, but it is what keeps me alive. I also want to suggest that maybe you try Culturell, it is an over the counter Probiotic that has allowed me to eat more normally. I also have been told by the Health food store that the Candida diet is the Atkins diet. I wish you well and hope to hear a lot more from you. Take Care and welcome again. ~Neva~ emoticon

I hope that your eating plan has gotten easier for you. Don't be afraid to eat fat! Filling up on fat is the only thing that keeps me away from the carbs. I've been on the candida diet for 9 months now and I've lost 39 pounds. It can be hard but it's totally worth it!
