    I would say yes, at least it happens to me all the time. And yes, I also try to fight it all the time. But I eat fruit, vegs, and yogart too. It's not as good as chocolate. But if you can control yourself have just a small amount but. Eatting chocolate it's to stop...It's like they are saying eat me eat me, you know you want all of me. But don't do it. Get a desert yogart. They are coming out with a strawberry short take yogart. And I can't wait to get some..If you don't like yogart, try the rice cakes they have like carmel and chocolate and they aren't as fatening as the real chocolate that's what I do. And it helps me out alot. By the way on the rice cakes the ones with chocolate they have chocolate chips on the rice cakes along being coated with chocolate too they have other flavors too but I like carmel and chocolate.

    I put it in in chunks...this way the sweetness of the fruit can get into the yoghurt. I have pureed it before but you know I want to bite it and it fills much more when you have to bit so no blender for me only for sauces. 200 ml/gr of yoghurt and 200-250 grams of fruit. Usually that is one apple, or orange or a banana. You can also put in frozen fruit, have just bought a lot of berries. Love them.
    Prepare it just before you go to bed and if you have used berries you will see your yoghurt is pink or blue the next morning. Enjoy it!
