My Goals:
Lose baby weight +15lbs

My Program:
I'm nursing, so I'm trying to eat better quality foods while keeping portions approrpriate. I'm also attempting to do cardio for at least 30min 3-4x per week, and strength train 3x a week.



Other Information:
There are no shortcuts to any place worth going.

It is better to aim high and miss than to aim low and hit.

O' my gosh...congratulations on your baby! I didnt even realize you were pregnant. Hope you had a great pregnancy and birth - you will have to tell me all about it! Our little man is now 9 months old - it is unbelievable how time as flown by!

Hey this is pretty random, but I saw you on the Getting Fit Before Baby team. Were you on the Knot as well on the Getting in Shape boards? I thought I remembered the name from somewhere - I was ChristinaJ on the Knot. Anyway, completely disregard this if you weren't.
