Kaitland's Dream
A bit about me- , I am a 58 year old who is commiting this year to loose 35 lbs! I have been yo yoing much too long and it is time to get serious and stay consistent with appropriate food choice and exercise. I am a Christian, a wife, a stepmother and a gradmother. I live on the coast of North Carolina. I love to cook and love to travel! I am crazy about my little dog- Katie- I don't always dress her up - this a picture of her from Halloween.

My Goals:
My goals for every week starting 1/1/2013: 1. 8 glasses of water per day. 2. Cardio 5x30 minutes per session. 3. Weight training 2x30 minutes per session. 4. Log food daily! Overall goal is to lose 35lbs. by May, 2013. My short term goal is to lose 20 lbs. by March 12, 2013.
My Program:
Log my food daily on Spark People. Cardio & Weights- working up to 45 minutes cardio per day 5x and weight training 3x 30 minutes per session.
