Hi there. My name is Phyllis.
I am a stay at home Mom of four children. The oldest is 19 the youngest is 14.
I have been married for 24 years to a supportive man that knows when something is up when he walks in the door after work. (It's crazy that he can do that).
I have major heel spurs that bother me when I walk too much and when I get up in the morning, my right ankle is very stiff and sore until I get it warmed up for the day.
I am not into spas, getting my nails done, let alone getting into a swimming suit. I feel very intimadated just thinking of doing things like that.
I would rather go for a walk in the country or hike and explore. How about goofing off and just having fun and not worry what the other people are thinking. Believe it or not, they are watching you and chuckling at some of the things that you say or do. Those that get annoyed, walk away.
I am the kind of person that would say, "Come on in! Pull up the floor and make yourself at home!"
I originally came here to lose weight, found out that this site is more than that. Now I am here to become more myself and not live under the pressure of other people's expectations. Here, I am learning confidence, pride and that it's okay to say "No."
"What? You're not here to lose weight?!"
Yes I am here to lose weight, yet I am healing as well in this journey.

My Goals:
-To look in the mirror and actually like what I am seeing.
-To get up and do something on my to do list. Not just procrastinate.
-To drink water.
-To stop putting myself down when I am feeling low.
-To sing everyday.
-To not pull back when I feel awkward as a person.
-To loose the weight no matter how long it takes.

My Program:
-To Spark every morning when my children are off to school.

-No sugar, no grains for at least three months.

I love the colours blue and green.
I love to sing. I actually am not tone deaf either.
I also love autumn.
