Make Someday...TODAY!

Well, that is just what I am doing. I started about a weekago on my "diet" But then with the stress of life only kept at it for a week. I am hoping that this might help me do a better job at staying on track and not focusing quite as much on the numbers I see day to day.

I work at a coffee shop, and love Portland. Although, I would like to enjoy it more by doing the portland things to do...meaning I need to be more fit ...

My Goal is to get back to 120...that would be nice, and then see how my body works there and decide if further weight loss is nesessary. I am only 5"1' ...but right now I am going to focus on just bering my wieght down and living more healthy.

My Goals:
I would like to loose 50 punds...but lets just start with 2-3 a week and hope it adds up to that eventually.

My Program:
I am doing weight watchers, just not going to the meetings. I did this program about 4 years ago and lost about 30 pounds, but then life got crazy.
This time it is for keeps!

Eating healthy and working out 3-4 times a week would be awsome, Im going to work up to that.

What is wrong with us that we can not consistently work out and eat healthy. Blagh... This is how I feel about it...

Are you still thinking about the gym membership?

Hey, hows everything going?
Well sunday would work a lot better for me, since i have limited time to actually pend time with the boyfriend lately...
its open from 11-4.
i'd prefer to go at 11, and get tmy day going... but anytime in there would work just fine.

Well i am glad you are on track again!

Let's see...
Wednesdays i have class off and on. So i'm not free until about 6:30. Is that too late for you? I wouldn't mind it but you may get bored hangin out at school all day lol

on thursdays i could be at the gym by 10am - 10:30 depending on how long you want to work out.

Work hard and we can make our goal. emoticon
