When I was younger (14) I was super tiny, but unhealthy choices (late McDonald's, not working out) soon made me jump from 98 pounds to 132 without even realizing it. It never really bothered me, or perhaps I just completely shut it out, but when people started commenting that I was getting heavy, it dawned on me that maybe it was time for some changes.

For my high school prom I wanted to be tinier, that was the first goal. In 8 months I went from 132 down to 120. That was a bout 5 ...

For my high school prom I wanted to be tinier, that was the first goal. In 8 months I went from 132 down to 120. That was a bout 5 years ago, and I am now 105 pounds, give or take, and have maintained it quite well. I am now just trying to tone up and get healthier!

I have also been battling with anxiety for a number of years, which sometimes makes it hard to lead a healthier lifestyle, but I try to use it as a motivator, rather than an inhibitor.
