135- get a pedicure
130- plan a fun day date with the hubby (kayaking)
125-bathing suit time!

My goal is to be happy and healthy.

My Program:
My program will consist of cardio 5-6 days a week, hiking once weekly, weight training 3 days. I do a 3 days of spinning every week and 2 on the ellipitcal.

I'm doing ok. Making some pretty hard realizations about why I'm at where I'm at, but it's probably an important step on the journey. I'm glad you're back on the bandwagon! Hope this weekend was good and the week is even better!
