The last 5 (or 10) Pounds - opps make that 20!

Welcome to my journey towards health and fitness! I have been working to lose my weight since April of 2007. I have been overweight for half my life but not much longer. As of the start of this last leg of my journey I have lost 63 pounds. I need to lose 5 more to get to the max of my healthy BMI, but ideally I'd like to get closer to the middle of my BMI.
