My Goals:
My goal is to change to a healthy lifestyle.
My Program:
1. I have modified my diet to a healthier one using the Nutrition Tracker to insure I stay on track 2. Exercise first thing in the morning. Wii fit for yoga and some cardio. Spark exercises for strength training 3. Take the stairs - I try to walk up the stairs to my office (eight flights) at least 3 times a day. 4. Evening walks with my husband
Personal Information:
I am from Michigan's beautiful Upper Peninsula. I have been married to the same great guy for over 35 years and have three of the greatest kids. All grown and married. I have 5 beautiful grandkids, who as you can see from my pictures are the center of my universe.
Other Information:
I am a member of the board of the CCHabitat for Humanity. I wish I had the time and energy to do more with this great group. I am active in my church. I like to read mysteries, love to scrapbook (mostly grandkids of course), enjoy knitting although have not done much of late. I enjoy working with my husband remodeling our home. And lastly I enjoy my garden although I do not have a green thumb.
