Let's Relax

I've been adding a little weight lately (vacation, wedding, paris, little time for exercise), so I'd like to get that off, but my main goal here is healthy living, where the key for me is to learn and allow myself to relax.

I don't think this is that different from dieting, as both issues are about changing your attitude and ideas. Let's do this!

- stay within calorie range (1400-1750)
- sport at least once a week (ideally: swimming on wednesday, and running on saturday)
- stay in the moment, even if it's just for a moment -- 5+min meditation
- be nice to myself -- 5min peptalk

My Goals:
1) Getting to a point where my life is in balance, where the stress/relaxation ratio is such that it works for me...

2) Get back to 62kg

My Program:
1. include daily relaxation exercises

2. be open to the signals of my body

3. get into a state of mind that it's okay to not give it your all all the time, that it's okay to rest even if you're not ill, and so on...

4. recharge

The meal plans are working out great!
I passed the 90kg mark after just tow days. I suppose the leap was partly because of my monthly period being over and because of the diet change at the smae time. But I'm so happy with it.

The meal plan is very easy to use and once you get used to it a little the 'head'hunger is easier to cope with.
