The meal plans are working out great! I passed the 90kg mark after just tow days. I suppose the leap was partly because of my monthly period being over and because of the diet change at the smae time. But I'm so happy with it.
The meal plan is very easy to use and once you get used to it a little the 'head'hunger is easier to cope with.
