My goal is to develop a healthier lifestyle rather than just lose the 80 pounds I need to lose. I want to be able to be around for many more years to enjoy my grandchildren as they grow up.
1/Lose 70-80 pounds 2/Drink 8 glasses of water each day 3/Eat 5 veggies/fruits daily 4/Exercise a minimum of 3 times a week for 30 min each 5/Concentrate on developing a healthy lifestyle
My name is Kathie & I live in Kansas. I have fibromyalgia which sometimes makes it hard to move. I have had a hip replacement but, other than certain movements, I have recovered from that & am determined it will not keep me from getting healthy.
For relaxation I do cross stich or read. For stress relief I have found that exercise is the key but sometimes it is really hard to "just do it".
Thanks so much for reading my blog! It's been a hard week..., my son has had strep throat since Friday, so spring break for us was not so fun. He's getting better, so we are going to actually venture out of the house to do a "last hurrah", before they go back to school on Monday! I hope you have a fantastic weekend!
