I came a long way,but still struggling

I am a mother of 4 children, and had a weight problem since my first child. I could remember when I was in a 3 pants seems like forever. Now I am in a 16. I lost weight used to be about 300 lbs now 205 I really need my body back, but I am struggling to get below 200, and my friends are doing great on sparkpeople and I knew I needed to try this.

My goal is to get down to 155, and to live a healthier life. My professions needs me to be as healthy as I can be to help others.

My Program:
I am eating better which I never did before; always ate one meal a day if I could fit that in to my day. Pushing my body to do more walking and trying tae bo!
