My Goals:
My goals are to drink my water and cut down on my sodium intake. I also want to completely give up sodas, artificial sweeteners, and fastfood. My long term weight loss goal is to reach 130 pounds.
My Program:
I am going to watch my calories and my sodium intake. My pitfall has been fast food and prepackaged food, so Im going to stay away from those. I am going to try to eat as clean as I possibly can, taking into consideration the cost, availability, and praticality. I am going to start slow if I must, which is normally a major downfall for me. I am going to give up on perfection and just try as hard as I can. I am going to vary my workouts, month by month. I am going to get back into boxing and mixed martial arts, even if its on my own this time around. I am going to try to be more active in general and get my soon-to-be husband back into doing the things we use to do when we were first dating. Things like hiking, taking walks, skating, etc.
